The Site is operated by Ironact, Inc., a Delaware, USA C-Corporation, located at 108 Shotwell St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Ironact", "we", "us", or "our"). Our Korea operations are run by Ironact Korea (business registration number 476-73-00609, mail-order sales registration no. 2026-Seoul Seongbuk-0364), 3F, 72 Samseongyo-ro 23ga-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you give us, which include your name, company, work email address, your role or area of interest, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 in Korea or under 16 elsewhere.
