These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ironact.net (the "Site"), operated by Ironact, Inc., a Delaware, USA C-Corporation, together with its affiliate Ironact Korea ("Ironact", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide these Terms for transparency, and you are welcome to email us with any questions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Site is a marketing and informational website about Ironact and our products, including Prompt Architect, Content Architect, and Ads Architect. Those products are provided through separate applications and are governed by their own terms of service and agreements. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you access the Site from the Republic of Korea or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to you, those mandatory local laws prevail to the extent they conflict with the governing law stated here, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
